About the Trainer
Brad Dunker is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Weight Loss Specialist. After losing 40 pounds and going through his own transformation to a healthy and active lifestyle he know what it takes to set fitness goals, achieve them, and maintain that healthy lifestyle over time. He became a trainer and founded Inner Strength Fitness to empower others to achieve their fitness goals. When he is not spending time with his wife and son, he enjoys bicycling, a good cup of coffee, and a great workout. Brad has run four marathons and participated in the 16-mile Lost Lake mountain running race and the Great Cycle Challenge to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis research and fighting children's cancer.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. Choose from my private personal training sessions to get a workout program specific to your fitness goals or join our small group fitness classes for a great workout, social support, and have a lot of fun!

COVID-19 UPDATE: Your health is of the utmost importance to me. Due to the ongoing pandemic I have suspended my in-person group training classes. My goal is to keep everyone exercising safely and protecting everyone's health. If you are interested in group classes please see my online training class offerings. My private personal training program starts with a fitness consultation to determine your specific fitness goals. A fitness assessment will follow to determine areas of the body to strengthen and areas to increase flexibility and range of motion. Based on these assessments I put together a fitness program and offer guidance on nutrition that will empower you to achieve your fitness goals.
Group Fitness
A Healthier You
Social support is critical to achieving your fitness goals. I offer small group classes of 4-5 people that will give you a great full body workout in a fun, supportive environment. This option gives you access to a workout designed by a personal trainer to fit your general fitness needs and is a great way to discover whether personal training is right for you. Book a session today!
Online Training
Your gym closed? No problem.
My online personal training program will help you accomplish your fitness goals. You can accomplish fat loss, muscle gain, or improve your daily movements with little or no fitness equipment. Get a customized workout plan based on the results of your fitness assessments and one-on-one instruction to ensure proper exercise form, increase movement efficiency, and accomplish your fitness goals.
Online Small Group Training
Don't let gym closures derail your fitness goals!
Join others on their fitness journey during my online small group classes. Limited to 10 people per class these classes will help you burn fat, gain strength, and improve your daily movements.
Inner Strength Fitness Team
It takes a family to run a family business. While I am the trainer, my whole family participates in making these training sessions happen by giving me time to work with others and assisting in many other ways.
Krissy Dunker
Krissy is the general business assistant, impromptu workout buddy, and exercise demo person extraordinaire. While she probably cringes inside when I come up with my crazy ideas she is my biggest supporter and invaluable to this business.
Will Dunker
Will is our son and is in charge of making sure I know when clients arrive by loudly announcing "Dad, they're here!". He is also the principal friendship committee member ensuring that other kids are having fun while mom and/or dad are working out.
Nalu Dunker
Nalu is the official greeter of Inner Strength Fitness. He is also the chair of the morale committee and part of the post-exercise recovery team by making sure your face is nice and clean before you leave (if you so choose). While he would love to "help" you with floor exercises by offering his face cleaning services, he does not attend the sessions.
